How To Enter

If you are ready to apply, please read the following page.

Decide When to Start:

We want you to succeed, so we’re letting you choose when you start. If you’re ready to go the first week or January, that’s great. If you need a few weeks, you can start later, but remember you need enough time to get into shape before your groups closing date (see table below). Entries will be accepted until March 31st, any entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition.

Read the Rules:

You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions before you enter.

Take Your First Set of Photos:

When you complete the entry form, you’ll send us 3 photos of yourself as you are now, one from the front, one from the back and finally, one from the front where you are holding a newspaper from the date of your entry. This ensures that all competitors have the same amount of time to measure their success, and so that we have an honest photo of your body when you start.

In your photos, it’s best if you’re wearing close-fitting workout gear as we can better assess the changes you make over time. You can also wear shorts, or a bathing suit if you are comfortable doing so.

Complete the Entry Form:

If you’ve taken your photos, complete the entry form online. You will be responsible for providing all requested information such as your full name, address, city, telephone numbers, e-mail address and date of birth.

You’ll get an email which will confirm your entry.
